"Hotel Lavandula was a 4 minute walk from the bus station so extremely convenient if travelling by bus. It was a short walk to the beach and an excellent restaurant. Staff were friendly and resolved an issue with air-conditioning quickly. The hotel met all our needs."

"Dont let the area put you off, “ghetto-esque” properties overlook, but absolutely no issues with the locals, all very safe. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, good quality breakfast,drinks and food at the restaurant are nice and decent price for a hotel. Staff were all friendly. 10 minutes walk to old town "

"1. Hotel has an in-house restaurant and a menu of options at reasonable prices (we had dinner having arrived late in the afternoon) 2. Hotel has a private beach area (next to the lake) with sun lounges and umbrellas 3. The room space and bathroom are generous and was sufficient for 2 guests, each travelling with a medium-sized suitcase 4. Small bar fridge to keep food/drinks cold 5. External balcony with seating for 2 people 6. Free parking onsite 7. Breakfast was included in our booking "

"A lovely little hotel for our first night in Croatia. We wanted a place not too far from Zadar airport on the way to Plitvice. The hotel was perfect as it is newly renovated and spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable and furnished to a high spec though a chair would have been appreciated. We had time for a lovely walk along the river to a waterfall then enjoyed an excellent pizza and beer at the hotel overlooking the river. The drive from the hotel to Plitvice is stunning."
