"La maison et l'extérieur sont très agréables! L'accueil des hôtes très sympathique! Dommage de ne pas avoir fait un accès direct à la piscine depuis la terrasse du bas, il faut automatiquement rentré dans la maison et ressortir par la porte d'entrée, c'est dommage mais c'est un détail :)"

"The house was very clean and nice. Also the garden and the swimming pool were lovely. The man responsible for the cleaning came everyday so the pool remained in great shape. Room for improvement: it was not clear that there was no AC in every room and the quality of the Wi-Fi is very poor."

In dem schönen Freisitz haben wir gefrühstückt, Kaffee getrunken und Abend gegessen und saßen bis spät in die Nacht. Die Poolbeleuchtung tat Ihr übriges zu einem tollen Flair. Es war super!"

"Danijela and her partner Edwin were great hosts! They had excellent communication throughout the entire check in and check out process. You can tell they take great pride in their house, which they renovated themselves. They have made a great little oasis using space wisely in the whole build. Pool was awesome and Edwin cleaned it frequently while being careful to give us our privacy. We did have some strong winds during our stay but overall had really nice sunny weather."

"Wir, 3 Erwachsene mit 2 Dobermann Hündinnen, hatten den besten Urlaub bisher in dieser Traum Ferienwohnung. In Wirklichkeit ist es noch besser als hier inseriert. Super Überraschung war der gekühlte Wasserspender, sehr erfrischend bei den täglich hohe Temperaturen unseres Aufenthalts. Das Haus war sauber von oben bis unten, die wunderschöne Gartenanlage sah tiptop aus ebenso wie die Liegen und Tischen beim Swimmingpool (der Poolmeister kommt zwei Mal die Woche). "Really nice hotel, good restaurant and outdoor seating area is very nice and relaxed, its around 10minute to Zadar old down, so not too far to reach the many restaurants. The direct area around the hotel does not really have any bars/restaurants only a couple of supermarkets. Other than that its been a good stay"

"1. Hotel has an in-house restaurant and a menu of options at reasonable prices (we had dinner having arrived late in the afternoon) 2. Hotel has a private beach area (next to the lake) with sun lounges and umbrellas 3. The room space and bathroom are generous and was sufficient for 2 guests, each travelling with a medium-sized suitcase 4. Small bar fridge to keep food/drinks cold 5. External balcony with seating for 2 people 6. Free parking onsite 7. Breakfast was included in our booking "

"A lovely little hotel for our first night in Croatia. We wanted a place not too far from Zadar airport on the way to Plitvice. The hotel was perfect as it is newly renovated and spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable and furnished to a high spec though a chair would have been appreciated. We had time for a lovely walk along the river to a waterfall then enjoyed an excellent pizza and beer at the hotel overlooking the river. The drive from the hotel to Plitvice is stunning."
