1 BR 1.5 Canal Front Unit with Pool!

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

If you are looking to be close to all the attractions such as the boardwalk, but don't want to deal with the congestion and noise of downtown, this 1 BR 1 BA is the unit for you! From here you will have a short walk to the beach, the north end of the boardwalk and the kids favorite, Jolly Roger Amusement Park. There is a miniature golf course at the end of the street too! There are some great restaurants in walking distance to such as Pit & Pub, Buxy's and Dry Dock 28 to name a few.

You'll love the peaceful evenings of sitting on the back patio that looks out over the large canal or maybe an evening swim the pool. The pool is only a few feet away from the front door and the upstairs balcony makes the gives the perfect vantage point to keep an eye on the kids! Inside, there is full kitchen that is ready to help you make those costs savings meals. Upstairs in the loft, there is a queen size bed along with a full bath. Other sleeping accommodations include a queen size sleeper sofa, a chair that converts into twin bed along with a twin folding cot. There is a washer and dryer along with free Wi-Fi.

So come and relax, leave your car parked and come make some Ocean City memories with us!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is a 2-story townhome.
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 28th street.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. And an additional guest spot is available in the open lot.
* The pier is not available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 5 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Great stay!

Close enough to the main strip and boardwalk, yet just far enough for privacy and time away from the hustle and bustle. We could've easily walked to the shops and beach, if we felt the desire to do so. It was a great location and we enjoyed the pool for a more relaxing and less hectic swim.

I've been coming to OCMD annually since infancy, and we stay around 28th every time. Finding this condo was like a gold mine! Clean, right at our usual location, nice pool, right on the bay. We loved our stay!

Wonderful!

We had a great stay! The townhouse was in a quiet area but within a short walking distance to many attractions including an amusement/water park. The kids loved the swimming pool! The back deck was a nice, quiet spot to have morning coffee. We would definitely stay here again!

A little piece of heaven

We loved staying here for my husband's birthday and children's last getaway prior to starting school. The location was ideal with having the beach down the road and the pool right outside of the door and restaurants within walking distance. Can't wait to stay at this property hopefully next year again.

Beautiful

The house was beautiful, loved that I had a quiet morning sitting on the back deck on the bay. The location was perfect, being quiet but still close to the beach and having a pool right outside was great for the days I didn’t feel like going to the beach. The communication with the host was quick when I had questions or concerns. Will definitely book this place again next year! Thanks so much!

Great Place to Sleep

Cute little place to lay your head, cute balcony by the water if the weather allows outdoor relaxing. Not great for cooking at home, no seasonings, no good pans, no chef knife, etc. Bring your own clothes hangers if you want to hang clothes as there are only department store plastic ones. Place a pillow behind the loose headboard to avoid it hitting the wall everytime you roll over. Small TV and not a lot of living space to relax in. Washer/Dryer work great. Refrigerator in kitchen great and AC is perfect!

Just OK

Although the photos show this condo to be light & bright, it was actually pretty drab & dreary. Old, heavy, dark-and-dated furniture felt unclean; and stained and frayed area rugs and decades-old decor did little to enhance our vacation experience. The upstairs loft bedroom was spacious & somewhat more welcoming, altho the upper deck view of the parking lot and chain- link-fenced-pool was just … depressing. Sorry, but this condo is In serious need of a refresh/update.

Location, location, location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This adorable condo was perfect for our family trip to OC. Jolly Roger is, literally, around the corner, and a block further is the north end of the boardwalk. We loved having morning coffee on the canal, and the community pool is 20 feet from the front door. The Washer/dryer was put to good use, and there is a great upstairs balcony overlooking the pool. As far as ideal vacation rentals go, this one checks all the boxes. My only complaints are that the mattresses weren't super supportive, and the kitchen lacked a decent knife/cutting board (for those planning to cook). The kids didn't want to leave, and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was as expected from the listing. The air conditioning did not work. Someone came out to look at it on Sat but it did not get fixed. We had to move our bikes away from the neighbors car numerous times even though they were perfectly placed on "our side" of the line/driveway. According to the neighbor we were not even allowed to cross the line on their side. Felt like we were walking on egg shells the entire time there. The neighbor lived there year round and felt he was entitled to the center parking lot which was meant to be shared between the two units.
