I had to reach out to the owner a couple of times prior to my stay, and he was timely with his responses which I appreciated. The property was steps away from the beach and there were designated parking spots directly in front of the property. There was a little bit of confusion with the number to the property but after looking at the picture on Vrbo I knew I was at the right place. There were games available...

Plus, it is advertised for large groups but you are told you may need to bring additional bath tissue, trash bags and paper towels because the size of your party. The location is great. It’s not a newer rental. I would suggest door mats outside and inside to help with the sand. There is a hose at the front of the home. The washer and dryer are a bonus."
