This 3-bedroom apartment is perfectly located in downtown OC, just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and only a block from the White Marlin Open Weigh-In. You'll be close to all the excitement of boardwalk events and music festivals, yet tucked away in a quieter spot ideal for families. Situated in a small building, the unit features a wide balcony and a side yard, offering extra space to relax and unwind. Inside, you'll find 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi, four smart TVs (no cable), and four A/C units to keep things comfortable. With occupancy for up to 8 guests, this non-smoking, pet-free property includes parking for one vehicle. A starter package of soaps and paper products is included for your convenience.

Please note – sheets, towels, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
