Lots of space and bedrooms are nice size. Comfortable beds. AC worked very well. Floors were sandy when we arrived but I guess that’s hard to get rid of 100%. I was surprised by the layout. Didn’t expect the first floor you enter to not be the kitchen/dining/LR areas. Instead it is one of the bedrooms with full bathroom on the first floor. It is fine for most but be prepared if stairs are difficult for you or others in your party. To get to the top floor with the master bedroom and two other bedrooms you will need to climb two large staircases. It is close to beach, stores, restaurants. We enjoyed our time there. Very nice place to stay.

Property was very clean and as described. It was a a little crazy the week we went seeing as it was “Seniors week.” We could hear screaming and some fighting at night and the beach was extremely full but other than that the place was nice. I would recommend putting the building number on the garage as well since none of them are really marked and it can be confusing as to where to park.

Great stay as always

Clean and spacious, have stayed in the broad marsh community many times and it's always a quick and easy process...the house was ready early and check in was 5 minutes. There was a random pair of flip flops near the front door but other than that it's a great property.

The property is the perfect location and worked great for us. Close to the pool which was always empty with plenty of seating. The WiFi could use a booster, we had issues with streaming shows stopping and buffering a lot. Parking was great, plenty of space for 3 cars. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a great stay.

Nice place

Overall a nice place. The floors weren’t very clean though and we had to mop the balcony floor because it was so dirty.

Great Property and location

Awesome property slightly out of the main drag so beach not overly crowded and your on and off the bridge very easily. Everything within walking distance and the property was clean, spacious and well setup for a group. Would definitely book again for future needs.
