This townhouse owner provides bed linens with all rentals. These linen packages will include sheets and pillow cases for all bedding arrangements in the townhouse. Broad Marsh 112B is a luxury, bayside townhouse. This four-bedroom, three and a half-bathroom town home has a furnished balcony overlooking a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Broad Marsh 112B is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The stylish living room is furnished with a leather sectional sofa and flat screen television. The sliding glass balcony doors allow plenty of natural light in to brighten the space. Bridging the gap between the living room and the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide, granite counters and an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Off the kitchen is a half-bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. The third full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property sleeps up to ten people, so bring the whole family!

Clean and spacious, have stayed in the broad marsh community many times and it's always a quick and easy process...the house was ready early and check in was 5 minutes. There was a random pair of flip flops near the front door but other than that it's a great property.

Great Property and location

Awesome property slightly out of the main drag so beach not overly crowded and your on and off the bridge very easily. Everything within walking distance and the property was clean, spacious and well setup for a group. Would definitely book again for future needs.
