Nice, clean place. Hop, skip, & jump to the beach. If you're a family or group that likes to go to the beach every day, like we do, this place is great. It's so close you can easily walk back from beach to use bathroom or get lunch. It has an area to rinse all the sand off prior to going into the place. Nice size balcony, but the landscape does obscure some of the view when on the deck. There are TV's in the living area & both bedrooms but the correct remotes that go with the TV's (per the instructions) were not able to be found. We brought our firestick, so it was fine for us. There are some really nice restaurants, including Bayside Skillet & Hooked, within walking distance. Also, there is a Dunkin Donuts, Fractured Prune, & a coffee cafe all within a block of each other. Ice cream parlor right across the highway. There is a place you can rent beach umbrellas & linen right across the highway. Very convenient. The parking is slightly strange. You park in the back of the unit which is fine except you have to go down this alley that doesn't really look like a car should go there. We actually went back to the realtor to double check where we park. The street in front of the building is free to park so if there was a spot, we parked there.
