"We had to check in an hour late because the room was “still being cleaned”. When we got to the room is was beyond dirty. The floors were filthy, there was hair all over the bedding and in the bathroom. We alerted the front desk and asked them to have it cleaned, they didn’t. We were made to pay for the week of parking up front, and when we left the lot to run to the store we came back and the lot was full and we couldn’t park.. the staff told us “talk to the manager tomorrow”… meanwhile we had to pay to park on the street… the pool was gross… definitely will not stay here again."
