Very good for the value. It’s also in a prime location so you’re able to walk right to the board walk. The room was also clean and so was the bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

This was my first time staying at this property I was very satisfied with the service, the hotel, the staff. The room was a little smaller than anticipated but was totally worth it based on price and location. Rooms were clean. I’ll definitely stay here again

It's hard to beat their location right across the street from the boardwalk. Just be sure to book one of their larger rooms in the main building to give yourself a bit more breathing room...especially if traveling with children. I would definitely stay with them again.

The motel was only a block from the beach and very convenient to walk to the boardwalk. The room was small but clean. It wasn’t anything fancy but somewhere safe to sleep at night. I would definitely come back it was in a convenient location

We stayed here for two nights and had a very good experience. The location is excellent, very close to the boardwalk and main attractions, and the price was one of the most affordable in the area. The hotel looks recently renovated, clean, and fresh. The rooms are a little small but comfortable and clean. The front desk service was excellent—the ladies were extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. Overall, I give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars and would definitely recommend it, especially for the location, service, and value.

good value for the price. close to the boardwalk and had onsite parking. ac was VERY loud but worked. room was decently clean, no bugs, nothing to be worried about. door didnt fully seal though so we could bear everything outside. the smoke alarm would start chirping whenever we showered which was odd. totally fine for a short weekend trip and would definitely recommend!

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The ice machine did not work. We had to go to customer service to get a small bag of ice each time we needed it. The air conditioner in our room kept turning off in the middle of the night too.

We stayed in one of the 1st floor Octopus suites. Was clean and mostly updated. Bathroom door was a small sliding door which wasn’t very private for a suite for more than 1 person stay. Location was great for what we wanted to do this trip. Customer service was pleasant and helpful.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The rooms looked to have just been remodeled. The location is very ideal for access to the pavilion and the boardwalk. A lot of great restaurants/bars within walking distance of this location. The pool is a little smaller then expected but still was nice to have access to one. The Bayside rooms are located up a block and across the street from the main building. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The only positive experience was the check in. It was fast and efficient. The room had a moldy smell. The sheets and blankets had hair on them. Asked for them to change the sheets and was told there was nothing that could be done. The walls are dirty. No place to put luggage. No towel hooks to hang towels. No phone in room. Its a dirty old motel. The staff in the office was rude and not helpful
