Step inside to find two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open, centrally air-conditioned living space. There's a full kitchen, a living room that opens to the oceanfront balcony, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. On the grounds of Waikiki, you'll even have access to an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor lap pool.



This mid-rise, oceanfront building is wonderfully located on the quieter, north side of Ocean City. You'll be one block from Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Lost Treasure Golf and the Sun & Surf Cinema. The Delaware state line is less than four blocks north, where you'll find the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, plentiful opportunities for tax-free shopping, and a number of restaurants, mini-golf courses, and other activities for all ages.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.There will be fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated.



Parking: Two designated parking spaces are included with this rental.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
