We had a great time at this house for a girls weekend in August. The house was clean, slept comfortably. Great spacious kitchen and living room with everything you need. Bathrooms on every floor were very nice. It has its own driveway right off of costal highway instead of being off of a side street, so once we navigated that it was smooth sailing. Two of the four spots are on the street but it really was very easy to find parking around. So close to the beach too!! A very easy walk. Lots to do in the area. Easy access at the check in time. Overall a great time thank you!

The stay was fine it did say welcome on the board but it was another Family name lol. The second bedroom upstairs kept loosing the internet that was annoying but over all it was okay.

Easy check-in process...Property was nicely decorated and proximity to beach, restaurants and attractions (putt-putt) was a plus. A little far from the OC boardwalk but that was fine with me! The inside could have used a coat of paint and community pool was a little small but this did not deter the fun we had and the family memories created. The Property Manager is Top-Notch and would rate a 10..

Every ceiling fan had so much dust on the fan blades you could see. And the walls were never wiped down (heavy traffic areas).Was promised 4 parking spaces only room for 1 vehicle in garage and one on the side. The two other people had to park somewhere else. Paid for towels and sheets. No sheets for the pullout bed and the air mattress looked gross and only a enough room for a toddler. Was short 4 towels and zero towels for the kitchen. Heck there weren’t even oven mits. Every bike had so kind of damage either a pedal missing, damage fender, etc. The positives is that it’s close to the beach. But definitely would have stayed further away to have the things I was promised.
