There's so much light throughout this main living area with sliders to the huge outdoor deck and several large windows, giving this space an exquisite view of the canal leading right to the open bay. Everyone will find this indoor/outdoor space thoroughly relaxing. There is also a master bedroom with en suite full bathroom on this first floor! The second floor boasts 3 additional oversized bedrooms, 2 more full bathrooms and a deck both off the front and back for your enjoyment. The third floor is where the all the fun is... A beautiful open game room with multiple arcade games, a tv, a jukebox, and a full bar! This floor also has a full bathroom and a deck to enjoy more of the beautiful canal/bay views. This exquisite property sleeps 12 so it's perfect for bigger families or multi-family vacations. Book your stay today- you truly will not want to leave!

A Great Place to Stay!

This is a great house to stay in for any large group! It has plenty of space, an awesome third floor, and a spacious deck out back. It is located in a great quiet neighborhood and has access to a great pool. Would highly recommend renting here!

This was a beautiful place to stay and get away to ring in the New Year with my fiance and another couple. We really didnt need to go anywhere with all of the amenities this place has to offer. But there is so so much to do in the area once you are there.

Perfect stay

I booked this place knowing I needed a place that was close to golf courses, great restaurants, bars, and large enough for the group I had coming with me. I will say, this place does not disappoint! The view off the living room and the back deck was perfect to have our morning coffee, the game room was incredible with the full bar, games and the big TV and comfy couch. I recommend anyone to in this location. Hopefully will be able to book again when I look to do another golf trip. Thank you for the great stay!!

The comfiest stay!!!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was set up so well! It was spacious and had everything we needed for a stress free weekend. The location was great because we took short trip Ubers to town but also could walk to the beach if we wanted to. We LOVED the back porch. It was where we spent most of our time chatting and reading books. The pool was located a short walk up the block and it was clean and quiet which we appreciated. Very awesome experience.

Fun weekend beach trip

We had a great holiday weekend getaway at this beach house with a group of adults. The back porch sits right on the dock with great views of the bay. The house is super spacious and clean. The walk to the beach and local restaurants is easy. We were impressed with all of the free street parking and available parking for multiple cars. Our favorite part of the house was the third floor game room and bar. We spent a lot of time in this room. Overall, great experience.

Perfect Bay View Location

There were 8 of us total including 6 young adults. The flexibility of the space made it work for us as far as sleeping, with my husband and I on the full bed in the bunk room for the best water view and then one upstairs at night. We loved the 3rd floor bar/game room area which was great for watching football and hanging out. Plenty of bathrooms including a full bath on the 3rd floor. Several dolphins paid us a visit so fun to watch them swim in the canal.

6 person Golf Trip.

location to boardwalk and activities is nice. Plenty of sleeping accommodations and quick response from property management if you need anything. We did have some dislikes. For example pots and pants provided all had burnt spots on them making it difficult to cook, multiple lights were out or not working, and king size bed is a water bed and that was not listed. Overall experience was positive.

This place was amazing. Highly recommend this property. We were in OCMD for a cheer competition. The weather was terrible but it didn’t matter because this place was full of things to do. The game room/bar on 3rd floor was beyond our expectations. The views, even with crappy weather, were great. Checkin was easy. Place was very clean. I would love to go back with my family again. The owner put all the best touches together. It is decorated perfectly!!! Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

The owner Mark was very helpful and answered all my questions before and during my stay. The property is located in a great area and the community pool was in walking distance. The house itself was beautiful and had lots of room for my friends and I. We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is we couldn’t find any extra toilet paper. There were no extra trash bags or paper towels in the kitchen so we had to buy more. On Saturday the keypad died at the front door. Luckily we took a key with us so we weren’t completely locked out. Overall, those little issues didn’t stop us from having a great time.
