Air conditioning in each bedroom and living area. Ceiling fans. Sleeps 4 plus a futon bed for the guest that shouldn’t be driving. Walk up the stairs to the third floor apartment. Pets are permitted upon request and written approval. Additional fees required per pet per stay.
