Take a walk to the tent-houses in Ocean Grove. This place has some interesting history.

Smooth checkin, respectable staff, clean room, good breakfast. I only wish they add vents or airflow in rentals in US (particularly old buildings).

Best shore town for low key Victorian style houses and main street that is well kept; super walkable to the ocean; lovely uncluttered boardwalk without loud rides and vendors; but within moderate walking distance to Asbury Park where the “action” is.
Looking forward to returning in the summer for a concert in the Great Auditorium.

Our family has been meeting there yearly for a long time, we enjoy the beach, boardwalk and nearby restaurants.
Been coming here since 1961. Not much has changed and the clock has seemed to stop. A blast from the distant past.
