Ocean Grove: calm, clean, friendly--Ocean Grove is home to an award-winning beach. Refresh in the clean ocean waters and bask in the sun. Stroll along our boardwalk while enjoying the sounds of gulls and waves.

Asbury Park: There is a reason why Bruce Springsteen's debut album is called "Greetings from Asbury Park, N.J." Fantastic food, eclectic boutiques, family fun, nightlife--and one of the best live music scenes in the world!

Not safe or suitable for children (0-12) and pets
No smoking, parties, or events
Check-in time is 3PM - 8PM and check out out by 12PM (noon)
Self check-in with building staff
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
• 24/7 property manager available. When the booking is made, I'll share their information. She is lovely and local and can help make recommendations
• 2 single day Beach badges available with each booking. Additional single day beach passes can be purchased from the property manager.
• The town requires that the owner (me) applies for a certificate of occupancy (CO) for guests. This document re-confirms that the apartment is safe. I may need additional information from you so that I can complete the paperwork. This is at no cost to you!
• No open flames. No candles. No tea lights. No fire pits.
• No smoking in/around the house
• No vaping indoors. Outside if fine
• No drugs
• No parties. Quiet after 10 am
• No BBQ
• You break it; you buy it
• Ocean Grove is a "dry" town. But we are super small--and alcohol may be purchased in Asbury Park or Bradley Beach.
• We don't allow pets.

COMMUNITY RULES
Restrictions: This short-term rental home may not generate noise,
vibration, glare, odors or other effects that unreasonably interfere with
any neighbor’s enjoyment of his or her residence at any time.
• Quiet Hours Outside & on Porches: 10PM – 7AM
• Garbage Days: Move cans to curb MONDAY night and THURSDAY night;
return once empty.
• Recycling Days: Move cans to curb on TUESDAY night, return once empty.
• Only Lidded Garbage & Recycling Cans: No plastic bags may be placed
outside cans as squirrels will open them and create a mess.

Pet(s) live on property - There are cats in the upstairs apartment.
No parking on property - There is street parking available, and I'm optimistic that you will find a parking spot close to the property.
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $499
Some spaces are shared - The garden and front deck are shared.
Surveillance or recording devices on property - There are cameras in the shared areas for your safety.
