"Access to amenities was nice, along with convience. Ice ring was down so we didnt get to do it, the housekeeping wasnt the best they couldn't understand us as we couldn't understand them. They didnt clean too much and didnt supply what we needed we had to call often. The food was not very good and drinks watered down. We were a little disappointed since we looked forward to the memories we have had before."

"First night there I saw a mouse. I called the front desk and told her about the mouse the staffer apologized for the incident;but said that the manager won’t be back for 10 minutes. When the manager came back she acknowledge my complaint and moved me to a different room. I thought that I should’ve been upgraded but that wasn’t offered. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a bellboy to go back to my room and gather my things to move to the next room. I’ve visited this establishment for the past 20...

"Every staff member was friendly and helpful! When we asked for extra towels, toilet paper, etc. It was a matter of minutes when they showed up with those items. The rooms were clean and tidy."

"The room could of been cleaner. The coffee pot was not cleaned at all. The bathroom had a lot of yuk on the walls. When we went into the room it smelled terrible but got better leaving patio door open. Above all it was ok . Short walk to the beach."
