"We've been visiting Fripp every summer for many years and this New Haven villa was one of our favorite rentals on the island. It has the most stunning ocean views with spectacular sunrises in the morning. We saw dolphins frolicking from our shady covered patio several times. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean and convenient and better stocked than most places we've stayed. The host responded quickly to all questions and was easy to work with. A fantastic week! We highly recommend this villa on Fripp."

"We stayed at Newhaven this year and loved the location. It was near the beach access and it was so pretty to watch the waves in the morning and at night. Be careful using 1A as beach access as the tide comes in quickly. We learned the hard way that 1b access is about a 1.5 mile walk back to Newhaven. The kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed Morgan River Grille in Dataw and went into Beaufort once but stayed at Fripp for most the trip. Can’t wait to come back!"

"My daughter and I both enjoyed our stay in the condo. Kathy was a wonderful host who responded to all questions very quickly. The condo itself was very clean, the pools are easy to access with amenity cards, and there were plenty of extra directions provided in the messaging tab of vrbo once the condo was booked to make getting to the condo and checking in a breeze. Parking is tight and meant for smaller vehicles but there are additional spaces nearby. The mini-fridge had plenty of room to store sandwiches and extra snacks/drinks. WiFi is a little sluggish but it’s an island so that’s to be expected and we were able to watch a few movies when we were taking breaks from the beach! The beach is very close, clean, and feels very safe and uncrowded. We rented a golf cart for a day/night and the Fripp Island Resort staff were quick to answer any questions and facilitate the delivery and return of the cart. Fripp Island is now one of my favorite vacation destinations and I would absolutely recommend this condo and Kathy to anyone interested in visiting!"

"The ocean view is wonderful. Explore the island at low & high tide, so many critters to see....variety of crabs, fish, deer, dolphin, turtles, mini hammerhead shark, birds and more. Beach is perfect to walk on, firm sand if you have any physical issues. The condo is decorated nicely, confortable, casual, beachy. The amenities inside are great, nice sq footage for friends & family. You do not need the amenity cards, if you only want access to the private pool associated with this complex. No one told us this. If you wish to access the beach clubs, fitness center, stores, restaurants, golf clubs you must purchase the amenity cards & you will be charged an addtional 12.8% tax of your total stay fee. The one thing we will ding this listing on...the property management' response. I asked multiple questions in advance without repeated response, literally had to beg for the amenity card invoice, & the cards were to be in the condo upon arrival, which they were not! No access to the island ammenties until receipt of cards. Also, the wrong dates on our cards amd parking pass. I requested a refund for the 2 days. . Paid for 7days, recieved 5 days. Still no refund. If the Sandcastle management is the owner of this unit, the owner should be aware of the lack of management of this property. That portion was highly disappointing. Ive never experienced such unprofessional behavor from other vrbo listings. We've rented all over the world. Overall the location and condo perfect!"

"My wife and I booked 705 for a golf event, three nights on Fripp. The location was perfect. The property was clean, which is most important. The owners communicated clearly and were responsive to questions. The sunrise was beautiful every morning, including a rainy one, on the back porch. You have everything you need in the room, kitchens, amenities, etc. Huge shower. Samsung washer and dryers. Easy access and easy to get anywhere else on the island you may want. Short golf cart ride to the beach club and Sandbar. Short walk to the Ocean Point golf club. We definitely hope to stay again!"

"We stayed at the condo for a quick spring break trip and absolutely loved it! We were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony and saw numerous dolphins! The condo was well stocked and had plenty of room for 4 guests. We would definitely come back!"
