Beach Gem- Private Beach - Hot Tub

The Beach Gem house has stunning beach front views from every room. It has an open concept living ,dining, and kitchen area , perfect for entertaining. Private path right to the beach with miles of beach combing. This home is right on Agate beach 4 miles south of downtown in Ocean Shores. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are downstairs with 1 queen in one room and a twin bunk bed in the other. Upstairs is kitchen, living room , dining room as well as  the Master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bath with double sinks. This home is for 6 people max. The half bath is located off of the living room upstairs. The kitchen has double ovens, stainless steal appliances and is very well stocked for preparing meals. There is also a hot tub for your enjoyment.

There is a 65 inch TV in the family room with cable and local channels.
The master bedroom and guest bedroom has a TV. 
The TV's are smart TV's so you can log into your Prime and YouTube accounts. 
There is a DVD player in the family room and the CD's are stored in the master bedroom for your use. 

The kids room ( with bunk beds ) does not have a TV. 

Due to the damaging king tides last winter there is limited access to the beach due to a 4 foot cobblestone berm, the county is working on a solution soon

Dogs under 75 pounds are okay with additional fee of $30 for per dog per night.
No cats, smoking or vaping of any kind allowed.
