"There was no staff at the hotel and our sheets were dirty when we got to the room. They had dirt and hairs on them. We were charged 350$ for the night and it wasn’t worth $100. The staff that was suppose to respond to problems via text messaging or if you need help didn’t respond to our requests and questions . Someone did come change the dirty sheets. It was one of my worse hotel experiences and I didn’t feel safe there. Don’t stay here !!!!!!!!"

She is an excellent receptionist—she offers a warm welcome, is very helpful, has a great sense of humor, and, above all, has a beautiful smile for the guests. "Everything was fine except the shower didn’t work very well. You either got cold water or hot water. There wasn’t any in between. Also I requested the room to cleaned and they didn’t do it. The staff was great about switching out towels though. Thanks. "

"I wouldn’t stay here again. It was a place to lay our heads I guess. The hotel charges a “resort fee” I’m not sure what part of the place is a resort. The pool is not much bigger than a bathtub. The room we stayed in was filthy. If you walked on the tile floor with no socks your feet were black. The sink is outside of the bathroom and there’s no place to lay your toiletries. Bed was hard and sunken. Only positive was the location to the beach access and stores. Oh. And if you’re not familiar with the area, you have to pay do parking everywhere because the hotel has no parking. "

"Our room was balcony overlooking pool and ocean!! Gorgeous! Breakfast could have had better selection but ok. Staff was friendly and helpful!! We had a great time! Close to Publix and stores!! "

"The room was dirty, and had rust stains on the floor and windows. The windows were screwed shut on an ocean front room. The tv had lcd broken pix lines in it terrible. There were only 4 channels to choose. The shower leaked water on the floor. There was a lack of plug ins everywhere. The lighting and walls were dilapidated. The elevator was soooo slow, 2 and a half minutes from floor to our 6th floor. We had to walk the stairs several times"

"When we checked in the young gals told us the Internet was down. Not a problem for checking in cause they just took my ID for the reservation. But I had to ask about our rental car being in the parking lot and the young lady said "oh yea, you need to put this up in your rear view mirror". Thank God I asked so our rental car didn't get towed. But you would think they would mention it at checkin instead of the staff being more worried about the Facetime call she was on. The smell of the hallway for the rooms was a little off-putting as well. "
