"My family and I used the 3 condos in Raffles owned by Erin. We visit every summer and I must say this was the best experience I have had in OCMD. All 3 condos were squeaky clean, modernly renovated, beautifully decorated, and felt like home. Erin was amazing with communication from start to finish. "Andre was a very responsive host! The location was convenient, clean, and accurately represented in the listing. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony! It was a perfect place to spend a couple days on the beach! Easy access to the beach and clean pool that was a good temp. It wasn’t too busy on the beach in front of location even though it’s summer. Price seemed reasonable for the stay! Would recommend!"

"This property is conveniently located, generally well maintained, and well equipped. My wife and I enjoyed a week long Delaware shore vacation at this condo. PLEASE NOTE - there no broadcast or cable service. The Internet connection is unstable and unreliable. If these are amenities you need, look elsewhere."

"We stayed 3 nights and Rachel (the owner) extended the check out time for us on the last day so we could enjoy more time relaxing on the porches. The house is a lot roomier then the pictures and is super clean. The entertainment room downstairs has so many games and there are SUP, beach chairs, floaties that you can use. Really, everything to keep you entertain. But our favorite hang out places are the balconies, so breezy on a nice day and it has a good view of the small marina. The kitchen is also well stocked. We got some excellent carry outs from DiFebo's and Fin & Claw nearby. We really enjoyed some down time at Rachel's place and will be back."

"Property was as described. While we had hot weather, the a/c cooled both levels perfectly. The bikes, pool and porches were our favorite areas and used daily. We enjoyed the beach on 3 days and had no issues with parking. Host responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend this home/location."

"The host, Debbie is an EXCELLENT communicator. The only issue was the property is listed, as a 5 bedroomDen; but in the full description with the number of beds in each room, it's listed, as a 6TH bedroom, so it was confusing. After arriving, the Den was considered the 6th bedroom, which was off the kitchen and there was no door for privacy. My family REALLY needed a 4-wall with door 6th bedroom. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with EVERYTHING needed to cook. There's a pool table upstairs and we took full advantage of playing. There's PLENTY of seating areas for eating. There's PLENTLY of outdoor spaces to sit. At night, the enclosed patio was beautiful to sit out and listen to the fountain in the lake and view the beautiful well-lit lights on the pathway deck, which heads toward the Club House. You are only about 5 to 10 minutes from Bethany Beach, restaurants and a couple of bars. I would DEFINITELY stay again, if I had less people in our party. We booked very late, so many properties with more bedrooms and bathrooms were already booked. Thanks to Debbie for being an EXCELLENT HOST!!!!!!!!!!"
