Experience breathtaking water views from every window in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end unit located in Bethany Bay. Begin your day with a serene sunrise on the back screened-in porch, and wind down with a captivating sunset from the front deck.

Our community offers a plethora of amenities including a large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, volleyball court, playground, and boat ramp. Explore nature trails spanning 420 acres, kayak through White’s Creek, or enjoy a round of golf on the executive golf course. Bethany Beach is perfect for soaking up the sun, while Rehoboth Beach outlet shopping is just 10 miles away, and Ocean City is a short 17-mile drive.

For culinary enthusiasts, our home is equipped with everything you need, from blenders to ice cream makers — plus, the kitchen was completely renovated in 2025 with modern upgrades to make meal prep a breeze. Dine in the updated eat-in kitchen, on the front deck, or the back porch. If you prefer dining out, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two full-size beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Entertainment options include books, games, a cooler, beach umbrella, and two beach chairs.

Please note that linens (sheets and towels) are not included but may be rented locally at Coastal Beach Service or Sheets at the Beach.

A $25 per person fee applies for pool use, and pets are considered with an additional pet fee.

Great stay

Excellent spot for a lowkey vacation. The sunrises were incredible and the couches were super comfortable. Bring linens and towels! We’ll be back for another stay soon.

Nice quiet place with great views!

We came to Bethany Beach for weekend birthday getaway. Bethany Bay Community is a hidden gem. It’s located along the bay, lots of birds, beautiful sunrise, and lots of wild life. Bery close to stores and restaurants! Highly recommend this place!!

Spacious and great location

Very nice unit in a lovely community with lots of amenities. A shorten minute easy drive straight into Bethany. Lots of grocery and restaurants close by if you don’t want to drive into Bethany. Would definitely stay again!

Beach trip

We had a great, brief trip to the beach to visit with a few old friends who live there. The condo was wonderful for our pup and us. She found the dog toy box right away and loved it. We had incredible weather for November and were able to enjoy the sunrise on the screened porch.

Perfect view for quiet weekend away

We have stayed at Pam’s condo in the past and love it! The beautiful windows light up the condo and give you beautiful views of the bay. We were able to explore some of the walking paths around the area too. Thank you Pam for opening up your place to my family once again. We will be booking again soon.

Nice getaway in Bethany

Views were peaceful and the condo was spacious. The showers had good water pressure, air conditioner worked great and we loved that our dog was able to come along with us.

Very nice!

Love this community - close to everything and great for walking, swimming, golfing and just taking in the views. Condo was comfortable, clean and had a great screened in deck with a beautiful view. So appreciate being able to bring our two small dogs. Many thanks to the dog friendly owners!

Family weekend beach trip

We had a wonderful weekend in Bethany Beach and Bay!! We loved this condo and will definitely be back. There are stunning sunrise and sunset views. This condo was perfect! Spotlessly clean, peaceful and well-stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location in a quiet neighborhood by the bay was ideal and we enjoyed the peaceful and warm sunrises. We appreciated the idea of bringing our own bedding and bath towels to save money. Pam the host was thoughtful and responsive, making everything even easier. The condo is within a short drive to the town and the coast. Highly recommend this warm and inviting home!
