Inside, enjoy a spacious open living area with stylish décor, cozy furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals, with a dining table that seats six. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central AC, outdoor shower, complimentary beach towels, gas grill, shared firepit area, and a one-car garage. Things to Know: No pets allowed. There is no direct beach access from the backyard, but there is beach access down the street. Please don't use the neighbor's beach access path. You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking.
