This property was sweet. Small motel style with it's own character. The rooms were spacious while the grounds were clean & pretty. The family (nephew) took good care of us during our stay. As long as their pricing continues to be fair, I'd definitely book here again.

Nice, clean, renovated rooms with big showers. Walls alittle thin for light sleepers but great value & location. The Beachside Cafe is right next door so an easy walk for breakfast or lunch on PCH.

Very clean and quiet even when it is located on a main street. Only complaint was the toilet seat was loose. Staff very friendly and said hello every time they saw us.

The staff were friendly and the location is excellent. The room was clean but it smelled of urine. I couldn’t track down the source of the smell, so it wasn’t the linens or the mattress. I don’t know. Also, the walls are paper thin and I was up a good portion of the night listening to the next room doing their thing.

Room was clean, beds were comfy, and it was conveniently close to the beach and nearby bars and restaurants. The beds are separated into two rooms which is cool. The sink was in one room and the toilet and shower are in the other, kinda funny but still a great place to stay.
