The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Hang the two complete sets of keys in the kitchen ($80 fee per set, if missing) and please turn off the lights, fans, wall heaters, fireplace. Close the sliding glass door and lock the front door.
Please take the trash to the trash chute located at the end of the hallway next to the elevator. Take the recycles out to the blue bins at the end of the hallway by the stairs to the pool.
Don't forget to sign the Visitor Book and take a keychain souvenir. Please send us a message letting us know you've checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Michelle the host was absolutely fantastic. Easy to communicate with. I’ve been coming to North Coast Village for 20 years now and this condo by far has the BEST! I was very impressed by how clean and organized the condo was. She had drawers labeled so it wasn’t hard to find anything. Condo came with a lot of extras like shampoo, conditioner, soap, sunscreen, towels & etc. Tons of beach stuff such as boogie boards, chairs, cooler, umbrella, balls and especially wagon came in handy. Also tons of games, puzzles, pool, ping pong and miniature golf equipment. You name it and this condo had it and MORE! And the location and view from balcony was AMAZING! Will definitely be staying here again. Absolutely loved it!!!

The place was very clean and welcoming. I loved the balcony and the ocean view. Everything like places to eat etc were close and Michelle was a great host. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance!

Our actual stay was 9/3-9/17/25! The ocean/beach view from the balcony & proximity to the aforementioned was exceptional. Listening to the crashing waves 24/7 was delightful.

Wonderful location steps away from the beach was super convenient. Local market and liquor store was only 10min walk at most. It was nice listening to the waves from our unit. Complex amenities were nice and communication was impeccable. Definitely made our trip that much better!

So close to the beach, it felt like my personal beach. I would cross the street and be immediately at the beach. Wonderful. Stay here if you can! Communication was easy and welcomeiwth Michelle and we would absolutely stay again.
