THE VIEW
E205 is an upscale second-floor condo with stunning white water ocean and Oceanside Harbor views. Enjoy the view and relax to the sounds of ocean surf from every room. Enjoy sensational sunsets from your private terrace on the quiet and northwest side of the complex. This unit is very close to the oceanfront and just a few short steps to the beach.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, and wood-look tile flooring, The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. There is even a Keurig machine, just bring your own pods! The dining area has a small table that can seat up to four.

LIVING AREAS
E205 is furnished with a large queen sofa-sleeper, a large arm chair and comfortable recliner chair that your party can relax in after an enjoyable day at the beach. Snuggle up with a good book or watch something on the flat-screen Smart TV that you can use to login and stream your favorite movies and shows. Cable with 250+ channels is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a beautiful electric fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

SLEEPING
E205 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom is accessed through the beautiful French doors near the balcony and has a King size bed. Relax and unwind in the cozy window seat, offering a serene spot to curl up and enjoy ocean views. The bedroom is also equipped with a 43" TV with cable, so you can enjoy your favorite shows in complete comfort. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper.

The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and features an upgraded vanity and a tub/shower combo.

-E205 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
