"A hotel that advertises a pool that didn’t have no water, they offer a breakfast with no sausages or eggs, only waffles, and cereal and coffee that’s all, the floor inside the rooms hasn’t been clean in a long, long time. The bedsheets were questionably “clean “ so were also the towels, we asked for a new set of bedsheets because we didn’t trust the one they were on, but never got any… it is really a shame because it is an amazing location right next to the beach. I will definitely not come back to this place."

"I felt deceived be Expedia giving this sight a 9.2 rating. The room was very small and the sight was nothing fancy. We had an old time bed spread my grandma might have put on her bed. I’m in transition while I sell my house in Front Royal so I have been in many hotels. This one is more like a 6 or 7. I paid more for this room only because of the rating you gave it. I could have saved a lot by choosing a hotel with a 6 rating and would have been just as happy."

"Rooms smelled like cigarettes, i had to change my room. Refrigerator., furniture and beds were old and worn out and dirty. To me it was not worth the money. I stood here 2 different times. First time I checked out and was refunded my money. This time I was told no refunds. Due to 3 navy ships coming in all hotels was booked. Do your home work."

"This house is very cute. Kitchen and bathrooms are nice, and owner is nice. Our biggest issue was that the home was not clean. There were dirty sheets on the beds, coffee in the coffee pot, dirty towels in the washing machine, and a portable hospital toilet in the downstairs shower. When we arrived, the heat did not work. Kim was very responsive and got it fixed right away. The outside garbage cans were extremely full and there were a couple of cockroaches. Several lights were missing bulbs and we couldn't turn one on. There were old appliances (washer and dryer) tossed at the end of the driveway, and the outdoor shower for washing our feet off was inoperable. The front door was unable to be opened from inside but also unlockable, a serious safety issue. This is the only time in many years of using VRBO that I have had less than an outstanding experience. I recommended to the owner that she communicate with her cleaning company."
