Its not worth the rate. Was a total waste of money! The first room had two double beds ask for jus one bed was taken ti a unfit room bed was broken bathroom was old & needed alot of repair , asked to stay with the two beds was told its not available and hd to pay more to get it! Was later placed in another room after being told they all booked out , this room was bearable

Ich bin um 3 Uhr Nachtmittag hin gegangen und sie haben mir gesagt, dass sie ausgebucht sind und keine Zimmer haben weil es Carnival Zeit ist. Ich habe kein Zimmer bekommen und will mein Geld zurück. Sie haben gesagt, dass weil wir einen Tag vorher gebucht haben, sie das Zimmer nicht garantieren können aber Hotels.com hat meine Kreditkarte gebucht. Ich bitte eine Rückvergütung von beide Zimmer.

The most neglected hotel I’ve ever stayed on. The place must have been absolutely amazing at one point in time, but unfortunately not anymore. It’s clean but everything is broken.

nothing as advertised, this establishment should be advertised as a roadway motel at best /a rest stop where weary travelers and locals alike stop for a nite of rest before moving on or just to have sex for a few hours.I will say the staff are good people and tries their best to accommodate. I would not recommend tourists to this spot.

The only good thing about this property is it's location. Everything else was a disaster the "hotel"/ motel was dated and deserted. We were the only ones there along with one lady whom functioned as front desk clerk and house keeper. There was no, tv, no pool, no wifi and no breakfast. Do not waste your time or money. Buyer Beware!

This hotel was disgraceful. The hotel is delapidated, nothing worked in the room. Not the fridge, not the microwave. The staff is unprofessional and rude. I only stayed two nights out of the three that I booked

The property was closed for business. We arrived around 9 pm to find the gates padlocked. I called the number posted at the gate and was not able to get accommodation on the property even though we made the reservation one day before we arrive. We were forced to seek alternative accommodation in the middle of the night. This is a very poor way to treat your guest.

First of all the Executive Shaw Park Guesthouse unas that are showing on the web are completely erroneous. The guesthouse is white. It had no pool and no restaurant on site. It is in a very scary area. There are 2 young ladies that work at the premises at night that are excellent employees. One iof them is Elisa the bartender. The owner of the place who lives in New York is a bad businessman. I was supposed to stay at the Executive Mammee Hotel,but because he had some issues with the manager, the hotel was suthdown and I was forced to stay at guesthouse that he also owned. I really had abad experience at that guesthouse.

Epedia should make enquiries as to the validity of this fraudulent location advertising as an efficient hotel to foreigners when it's not based on the following conditions experienced: 1) Name not registered in system on arrival 2) Was told single bed was booked after name was traced thru confirmation No. which I had to provide. 3) No running hot water 4) No Internet connection unless one stands outside of office 5) No breakfast/inoperable dirty/moldy/stinking kitchen 6) Dirty Pool 7) No bath towels 8) Had call for bath towels 9) Broken curtain rods. This is the worst location my wife & I have ever visited, we will not use Expedia services again, neither as world travelers will we ever recommend Expedia to any friends & or business colleagues.

The pictures are misleading. The pool was dirty. I book several rooms(months in advance) for my wedding guests and none of them were ready upon check-in. Staff were friendly and helpful and at least the a/c worked. Rooms are small. So, like the saying goes, you get what you pay for...

False Advertisement

Firstly, a list of Amenities that are included within the package were listed such as free parking, free access to private beach property, free wifi, access to pool and the list goes on. Free parking was correct but is it sufficient for the amount of guests that the hotel could accommodate? This private beach is Bamboo Blu which is a lovely and clean beach however, when going there you have to tell them that you are going to the hotel as i was informed that Mamme Bay hotel guests are not allowed for whatever reason. Beside free wifi, the should be "at front desk only" because that the only place that i could access it, the entire time i had to literally "kotch" my phone on the window to get little wifi and lastly access the dirty pool, after being there for 3 days and 2 nights it was on the second day that i saw them trying to clean the pool which was drenched in so much chlorine that my nose and eyes were burning. The service is also poor and slow, I called using my cellphone from my room seeing that the rooms have 0 phones, to ask for an iron, soap, towel and even after 2 days, they have still not reached to me. I was even locked out of my room the first night after going on the road and they did not provide me with a key for that door and they didnt inform me that i was not to close the door as they are not able to find that key. I believe that this system need revamping and until then, the Executive should be taken off the name of the hotel and maybe lower it to a motel.
