"We rented the property for 3 days. When we arrived the internet didn't work. We received notification from Spectrum the bill wasn't paid. We contacted Vacasa (management company) and were told they would take care of it. We heard nothing until internet was turned on Sunday. 2 days into the 3 day rental. We also paid for the pool to be heated. An additional 109 for the weekend. The pool equipment was in a malfunction state and spraying water 10 feet into the air. I took photos and sent to Vacasa...
