"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. We especially appreciated that the cottage was accessible for my friend who has mobility issues. The screened in spaces allowed us to enjoy the sea air without the mosquitos. The kitchen is small but functional."

"It was a very nice stay, regardless of the Noreaster! We have never come this late in the season and it was very peaceful. No crowds! We didn't get to do everything we wanted because of the storm, but we were very cozy in the house. It hardly made any noise. Very sturdy. If it wasn't for seeing the blowing rain out the patio door, you would never have known it was storming. It was nice that we could also bring our dog. And having a golf cart on premises to rent was also a bonus!"

"I didn't actually get to stay at this property - we had to postpone our stay and this property wasn't available - but the host was kind and responsive. For what it's worth, the outside looked just like the pictures and it is indeed right on the harbor. Maybe next year."
