The property is really just a 5-minute walk from Odawara train station. Hotels in Japan are generally small, but this room was a bit larger than others we stayed in. For a one-night stay, it was very convenient, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We recommend it.

What they show on internet and what was got was not the same. The 1st floor was upgraded. I had a submarine sized bathroom and room. Hear front desk phone all day and night, directly across one of many train station stops so could hear that every 10, 15, 30, 40 mins ect

This is NOT a hotel!!! as much as I stayed only 11/31/2023. The washroom is only about twice as big as airplane toilets with a kids’ size tub, about 4’ long. No desk, no chair, no nothing!!! A/C wasn’t working!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS!!! as much as it’s about 5 minutes walk from Odawara Station.
