"Melody had talked to my mother and travel partner for this trip about our questions prior to going. She met us at check in and it was a great addition to all of the very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was ok but not worthy of the cost in my opinion. "

"We stayed in the large suite. Loved the one bedroom with a door and separate space from our adult child on the sofa bed. Lots of room plus a kitchen. Walkable to many areas in DC—shopping, food, and the monuments. In a quiet neighborhood. "

"My room was a regular style hotel room, I only wish there was a microwave available. The food was good, but the whole city runs in slow motion and would take a long time for you to get it. Then we wouldn’t have time to eat our food before going back to our conference. Our friends were in a room that was a communal room. Bunk beds and lockers for them to secure their items from the strangers that shared the room with them. I had not experienced anything like that here, but have seen it overseas. "
