"It was a safe location close to the subway and easy access to the national Mall and zoo. Parking is difficult and you don’t have a space with the rental so you just drive around until you find street parking and then walk to however far to the rental. You have to get a street parking pass (which we didn’t know) and didn’t have for the first few days (thankfully we didn’t get towed or fined). D stay here again for sure. It was clean and nicely appointed."

"After a long day of travel, we arrived to find that the unit had not been cleaned after the prior guest checked out. Beds unmade, dirty bathrooms, crumbs on the counter, trash about. Called host who did not pick up. Called VRBO and sent them pictures. Host finally texted to say the unit had been cleaned and he had pictures, then called to say "it was on him" and he would credit one night stay plus cleaning. "We drove 10 hrs to take my father to an Orioles game to full fill his bucket list to find out after the game and checking into our condo someone was already in there staying because it was already booked out for the weekend. I had to call and talk to someone for over an hour to find out that they couldn’t help but tell me I should be getting a refund. They said I had to find my own stay somewhere else at 10:20pm.
