"The bed was really comfortable and the room was adequate. The neighbors were relatively quiet and kept to themselves. My only concern was the bathroom shower and sink didn’t not drain well. But I will consider staying here again in the future because the parking lot is well-lit and I feel completely safe even at night."

"The first room I was given, you didn't need a key just walk in. when I explained to the front desk. "We never had an issue with it." second room I had to spend 5 minutes to get in every time. key would only work the lock sometimes. you couldn't hear the tv when the A/c came on. The shower head came to my chin. I am 5'10. so you had to bend over to rinse off. the restaurant was closed. and broken bottles in the parking lot. I would not recomend. But , It is only 5 mins to the airport. "

"Usually enjoy my stay here. Morning staff (during checkout) is always friendly and helpful. That said, my most recent stay fell short of expectations. Had to relocate to a 2nd room after checking in. The tv in the original room would not turn on, and the bedside lamp was missing a light bulb and thus was unplugged (maybe just the light bulb instead). This location is also seemingly under construction. The gym was inaccessible due to the hallway being closed off during my most recent stay. "

"The pool was closed for 48 hours when we arrived. They tried to put us in a room number that did not exist. The room we were in had power go out at 8:30pm. They moved us to another room that had no towels or coffee pot. They didn't offer to correct anything. I asked for a discount and was told it would have to come from hotel.com. we were not happy! Definitely not usual for Holiday Inn Express! "

"The phones at the Hotel did not work the day we arrived or the day we left. To get from the airport to the Hotel I had to call an Uber to take us to the Hotel as I could not contact the Hotel by Phone . It was cold and windy we waited outside for their shuttle to come by but gave up on it. The morning we left there was no one at the front desk until the shuttle driver came back from delivery and he took us to the airport."

"The construction project in process made things complicated. Most importantly, there was no public bathroom. Tough to come in after a long drive and not be able to go to the restroom. Some areas were a bit dirty, but that was probably due to the construction. "

"Room was not clean upon checking in. There was hair in the shower and on the sheets. Tv remote didn’t work, had to plug in the microwave. The highlight of staying at this hotel was leaving."
