Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig gelegen ,auch die Zimmer waren ruhig und freundlich. Alles sehr ordentlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde immer wieder kommen

Geheimtipp mit toller Küche

Mit dem Fahrrad aufgrund des Kopfsteinpflasters ein bisschen schwieriger zu erreichen, aber es lohnt sich. Liebevoll restauriert, sehr gute Küche und freundliches Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

trotz Baustelle keine Absage, garantierte Buchung!

Das Hotel war zu und es gab nur Bauarbeiter und ein Schild >Geschlossen<. Telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine Garantierte Buchung und standen vor einem geschlossenen Hotel. Es gab keine Absage oder Ähnliches. Mussten uns nach einem Ausweicht kurzfristig kümmern.

A small family run hotel set in an idyllic location. Rooms have a rustic feel about them but fine for a night or two. Any weak points of the room is more than made up by the lovely owners. The optional evening buffet is recommended, the quality as good as any restaurant nearby.

Einzigartig und sehr erholsam war der Ausblick aufs Wasser. Auch war das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Schlafzimmer hatte eine angemessene Größe, das Frühstück war in Ordnung. ABER: Der Weg zum Hotel ist eine Katastrophe, ich habe mehrfach aufgesetzt, ohne ein tiefergelegtes Auto zu haben. Auch der "Parkplatz" besteht nur aus Matscherde. Das Bad war mir viel zu klein, zudem fehlte mir dort eine Steckdose, um die Haare zu föhnen. Dies konnte man zwar im Schlafzimmer...dort fehlte es jedoch wieder an einem entsprechenden Spiegel.

Wir hatten zwei Tage vor unserer Anreise im Riverside Inn angerufen und eine verspätete Ankunft angekündigt. Da war alles klar. Als wir jedoch am Anreisetag gegen 18.30 Uhr im Hotel eintrafen hatte man kein Zimmer für uns und es wurde behauptet, man würde auch seit Januar nicht mehr mit Expedia zusammenarbeiten. Nachdem die Mitarbeiterin, die eigentlich die Köchin war, mit dem Chef telefoniert hatte wurde uns ein Zimmer mit einem 1,40 m breiten Bett angeboten. Das haben wir abgelehnt. Darauf wurde mit einer anderen Pension im Ort telefoniert und ein Zimmer für uns reserviert. Die Bezahlung sollte durch das Riverside erfolgen. Wir sind dann zu der anderen Pension gefahren und haben dann dort die Nacht im Doppelzimmer verbracht. Wir würden das Riverside Inn nicht weiterempfehlen und fragen uns wie unser zusätzlichen Aufwendungen ersetzt werden.

Dieses Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen. Das Angebot ist vielfältig, das Essen hervorragend, der Chef kocht selbst. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und für jeden Spass zu haben. Die Lage des Hotels am Kanal ist sehr schön und die Anlage sehr gepflegt.

Arrivée à 2h00 du matin suite aux vicissitudes de la route, nous avons été accueillis avec une exceptionnelle gentillesse. Les prestations de ce petit hôtel familial sont assurés avec un grand professionnalisme et une chaleur humaine sans pareil. De plus, la qualité des repas, petit-déjeuner, literie et propreté sont rendez-vous. Ruhige kleine Pension direkt am Wasser

Die Pension bieten einen erholsamen und ruhigen Aufenthalt, fernab von Hauptstraßen und Stadtlärm. Sie ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Die Inhaber sind unglaublich freundlich und immer darauf bedacht, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Das Essen ist sehr gut und auf Wunsch wird auch auf die verschiedenen Ansprüche der Gäste eingegangen, vegan oder vegetarisch zum Beispiel.
