Camera abbastanza pulita, personale abbastanza disponibile ma non tutti parlano inglese. Il bancomat mi ha mangiato la carta di credito appena sono arrivato per prelevare e la carta bancomat non funzionava. Dista circa 12 min di taxi da Arkadia. L'hotel non è come sembra dalle foto.

hotel niet ver van strand

hotel niet geschikt voor verblijf in de winter wegens niet werken van verwarming en in de zomer hebben standaardkamers geen airco wat bij 30 a 40 graden niet prettig is en in de zomer zijn er heel veel russen die daar vakantie houden

Vorsicht - bitte genau überlegen vor der Buchung

Das Hotel macht in der Werbung viel mehr her als in Wirklichkeit. Das Hotel ist muffig und alt. Das Restaurant und das Cafe sind geschlossen. Sie haben nicht einmal die Möglichkeit etwas trinkbares zu bekommen. An meinem Anreisetag gab es kein Wasser und auch am nächsten Morgen war weder Duschen noch Zähneputzen möglich. Ich habe meine Sachen gepackt und bin ganz schnell ausgezogen.

I stayed for a week, I found the staff to be very friendly and professional at all times and the room and bar services were excellent, all staff from household staff to Managers were very professional.

The WORST hotel ever in Ukraine!!!

This hotel is the WORST hotel I ever stayed in and the outside picture of the hotel is deceiving because it makes you think the hotel is new but its not...its old!The hotel staff is entirely unfriendly to foreigners and impolite. The restaurant and bar facilities, both first floor and on the top floor, are staffed by very incompetant people. Everyone working at that hotel should be fired and replaced if this hotel were to stay in business!!!!!!

I had a great stay at the Yunost Accord Hotel

The check in and check out procedure were very quick and easy. I had a great view on the eighth floor. I slept soundly as the Hotel was very quiet. I will definitely be back again to enjoy an longer stay and enjoy the surrounding areas.

Sono stato per 4 notti in questo hotel. È un po' datato, stile anni 80 nella struttura ma i confort non mancano, nella mia camera: frigobar, climatizzatore freddo/caldo, terrazzo, bagno abbastanza spazioso. È disponibile anche un bancomat/atm e un piccolo negozio con articoli di prima necessità nella reception. Il personale è gentile e premuroso e parla inglese. Colazione nella media e ristorante veramente ottimo. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato.

great view and close to Beach, but rooms small

great view and close to Beach are only redeeming qualities. Rooms small, tiny and uncomfortable bed, no a/c, shower hose attached to sink, bad tv reception. The bar on top 16th floor nice and great view and food ok. Only half of the 4 elevators worked creating a logjam at checkout time.

Holiday in odessa

Hotel was good. Staff is very helpfull. İ should say to all of receptionist thanks alot. They are always smiling. But breakfast is not so good. They should make it better. Room is clean and housekeeper is very careful about cleaning. Hotel is very closed to famous beach arcadia. İ can recommend this hotel who wants to go to odessa.if i go there i will stay in the same place.

Ikke å anbefale.

Forferdelig slitent hotel. Det ser bra ut utvendig men rommene er forferdelig slitene for å ikke snakke om badet på rommet. Følte meg mere skitten etter at jeg kom ut derfra. Men veldig hyggelig de som jobbet der selv om engelsken kunne vært bedre.

Minisemester

Vistelsen var bra och personalen gjorde vad dom skulle, ingen skugga över dom. Men frukosten har kunnat varit lite mer varierad, exempel var det färdiga smörgåsar med korv och ost. Så om man ville ha ett rostat bröd så fanns det inget pålägg. Men man får ju ta seden dit man komer.

The distance from the center was a prob, given the cab fares~ And they insisted we collect our toothbrushes and dirty socks-odd :-/ Overall, satisfactory~

Hvis man tager til Odessa og gerne vil bo i et oldtidslevn fra den kolde krig, så er dette stedet til dig - ellers så find et andet sted at bo. Elevatorene virkede sjældent, morgenmaden var horribel - ihvertfald efter europæiske standarder, og servicen hos receptions personalet - tja, hvilken service. Den eneste der lod til at have været på et service kursus var den unge pige i Concierge skranken. Ud over at hun ikke forstod særligt meget af det engelske man talte til hende, så vejede hun op med det med charme og udadtil interesse for at hjælpe. At hun så blev ved med at sende en i rundkreds rundt om bygningen i jagten på en hæveautomat så man kunne få nogle penge til bussen eller toget - ja det var så knap så smart. Hotellet reklamerede med en hæveautomat i lobbyen, og det var der også, men iflg en dansker jeg mødte dernede så har den aldrig virket. Det er muligt jeg vender tilbage til Odessa, men det bliver aldrig på dette hotel igen.
