Mieszane uczucia

Pokoje ciasne, z nieotwieranym oknem. Klimatyzacja bez możliwości manualnej regulacji wyłączana ok 23 , wiec w nocy gorąco. Śniadanie= dwa małe naleśniki lub dwa placki- całkiem dobre-ale nie na codzień. Kilka plusów- lokalizacja- blisko dworca autobusowego i kolejowego, blisko również do centrum i na plażę -ok 25 minut pieszo. Dookoła sklepy i privoz market-gdzie zaopatrzyć można się we wszystko. Podsumowując - na pobyt max 3-4 dni jest ok.

Jest to świetny obiekt dla osób, które cały dzień spędzają na zwiedzaniu, a do hotelu przychodzą tylko spać. Dobra lokalizacja niedaleko dworca głównego, głównego targowiska (Privoz). Z lotniska marszrutką 117. Łóżko, WC, prysznic, lodówka, klima, wi fi za tanie pieniądze. Śniadanie dwa naleśniki + kawa lub herbata.

Доброго дня! Перший раз був у вашому готелі. Як і в будь яких готелях побачив співвідношення + і -. + 1. Зручне розташування! Дуже порадувало мене наявність поряд жд вокзалу, супермаркету, ринку, спортивного майданчику і транспорту до моря. 2. Прохолодний номер, де є система вентиляції це жирний +! Тому що саме в такий номер хочеться повернутись зі спекотного пляжу. :) 3. Сніданки зранку. Не шведський стіль, але приємно і смачно) Були звичайно і - 1. Одного ранку я з дівчиною спускався на сніданок о 10:00, а буфет був вже закритий і на рецепшині сказали що немає сніданків. Дивно, бо в розкладі буфету написано, що з 7:00 до 11:00 сніданок. Не трагедія, але не приємно. 2. На рецепшині сказали що послуга прання безкоштовна і я вирішив скористатись. Але двері прачечної були закриті і ніхто не знав що до чого. Тому моя оцінка 3+/5

Cheap stay, but very small room.

It's a busy place and you always wait in line at the reception. The rooms are very small and without a window, sucks. The staff are nice and are trying to be helpful, but they don't speak much english. The included breakfast is not good. Location is ok, close to train and bus station, a bit of a walk to the city center or the beaches, but that's fine. For the price you pay its pretty good.

Значительный плюс, то что бронирование можно оплатить было заранее , а потом просто предъявляется бронь на ресепшене... Дали выбрать из нескольких номеров, остался в целом доволен ...

Rooms no bigger than a bed

It’s a budget hotel - I knew what I was paying for when I booked though. The annoyance is paying for a room with a window and only getting a windowless room. I asked for the room I paid for but they had none available. So paid extra for something I didn’t get. The room wasn’t clean also - hairs in my bed. It was 2am when I arrived so I just slept and then left.

They could easily be better by being polite

The first night i arrived they asked me to pay again the money i had allready paurd when i booked the hotel and they asked me that again and again and only when i said again and again that i had allready payed in a strong way they stopped.When i asked for information in tje begining they weren't answering me and the second time i asked they just say "i don't know" in a very bad way. The plus of the hotel it's near all public transportation and near the center for walking and it's a very low cost hotel.

Перебував там у спеку 30 градусів, вентиляція працювала, було прохолодно у номері. Ідеально щоб дешево переночувати. В номері чисто, в душі тепла вода, телевізор працює, постіль чиста, міні холодильник працював, wi-fi часто пропадав. Номера маленькі.

Good for me!

I spent three weeks at this hotel and I think I got what I payed for! Perfect if you want a small room to sleep in and nothing else! Staff is nice even if they dont speek anything but Ukrainian! Money well spent, thank you!

Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ort ist ok für den Preis, Matratze und Dusche auch überraschend gut. Die Zimmertüren sind aber mit lächerlichen Schlösser gesichert, das konnte man verbessern.

Valde dubbelrum utan fönster. Det första du går in i är toaletten, ingen separat dörr mellan toaletten och rummet. P.g.a. få vägguttag för man välja mellan att ha igång kylskåpet eller tvn. Som väntat endast ukrainska och ryska kanaler på tvn. Ligger nära centralstationen och litet restaurangcentrum.

Pire experience hoteliere de ma vie

Pire service clients que j'ai jamais vu. En arrivant j'ai attendu mon tour, apres 2 personnes sont passé devant moi et une personne qui est arrivé apres a meme payé et passé devant moi meme si la receptioniste etait moitie d'accord elle a quand meme accepté. J'ai eu ma clef avec 20 min de retard, puis j'ai attendu 5 min pour que la femme de menage finalise son nettoyage. Elle l'as tres mal fait + utilisé le meme torchon pour netoyer les toillettes, la petite table + par terre, incroyable mais vraie. Je rentre dans la chambre apres avoir fini ...draps salles... non changées avec plusieurs taches, des poiles dans le frigo et sur le lit etc. Je fais la remarque que les draps ne sont pas propres et je recoit d'autres draps encore plus sales donc je dis non c'est bon je garde les premiers draps. Le manager de l'hotel envoye la receptioniste qui me crie dessus. Incdoyable mais vrais. Je veux me reposer donc je lui dit au final ca ira. Elle dit que les draps seront changé le lendemain. Je passe a la reception la damme me dit je ne parle pas anglais et de repasser dans 10 min. Je pars a la plage et quand je rentre je trouve comme d'habitute 5 personnes a la queue et j'ai pas envie d'attendre donc je vais me reposer. Sans donner tous les details je conclusionne : emplacement raisonable si on veut prendre un train (autrement pas bon), service deplorable, lit acceptable, mais salle, chambre de 3m quarrees environ avec un tres mauvais odeur et avec une tele qui ne marche pas.

Disappointing overall

While I was there my TV had fraided wires and I asked them to fix it they did not. when the window leaked on to my bed and I told them about, they did not checked it out or changed the linen. The service was poor I ask for them to phone a taxi for me, the receptionist was to busy so another person whom was a guest did it. Not satisfied, moved to another hotel after 4 days and they did not return the rest of my money. I have pictures of the TV cord that was fraid and the pictures of the bed after each rain storm. I really upset with that place, they make your referral business look bad. So out of the 30 days I booked I was there only 4. Want my money Back. Have receipt.. Thanks Robert Sousek
