"My friend and I stayed at this hotel in July 2026. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The room was very clean. The AC worked well. We had a little balcony which we enjoyed a lot. The best part of this hotel is its location ; right by the beach and also its rooftop pool that we used often as well. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was great. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to downtown which felt fine. I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location, with very kind and welcoming staff. However, the room was clearly in need of better care and maintenance. The walls were scratched, and there was visible water damage near the bathroom, apparently caused by water overflowing from the shower. The room also had a slightly musty smell. On our first night, we had an issue with the king-size bed. One side was noticeably sunken, as though the mattress was too worn. Management did what they could to address the problem, and it seemed better afterward. The hotel has a beautiful view, a nice location, and a lovely restaurant and very king stuff serving. I would stay here again, but the rooms need more attention to these details to make the overall experience as enjoyable as the hotel itself."

"Brilliant location close to the beach and two fantastic restaurants. The food on the al-a-carte menu in Belmar was also great. We had a first floor apartment overlooking one of the pools and easy access to the carpark via a lift which was good for our son who has a heart condition. Highly recommend Belmar and their staff."

"We had a family suite for 4 people which was very spacious and had a good size kitchen. Room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was always good and the location was perfect. It was a 2 min walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants near by with good food choices."
