"Very well located if you are coming by train. It’s fairly close to the centre. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was basic, the toilet is tinny and it’s a walking shower with curtain … for me that was dissatisfying, there was water everywhere after shower. The room has carpet which I am not a big fan of… the bed was comfortable but in the morning there was quite a lot of noise from the cleaners."

"We recently stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but the housekeeping service was a major disappointment. Upon check-in, we explicitly requested daily room cleaning and fresh towels for our entire stay. However, during 2 out of the 3 nights, our room was completely ignored—no clean towels and no service at all. When we raised the issue after the first day, the front desk claimed it wasn't noted in their system. To their credit, they apologized and compensated us with 4 complimentary drink vouchers, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened after the second day. Once again, our room wasn't cleaned, and when we spoke to the staff, they used the exact same excuse—that it wasn't recorded in the system. This time, however, no compensation or real solution was offered. It’s a shame because the hotel has great potential, but basic communication and housekeeping consistency definitely need improvement."

"The hotel was perfect and in the most prime location. A quick walk from the train station and quick walk to all the sites. The streets and canal views are just breathtaking. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Strasbourg."
