A slightly seedy hotel in a dull part of the city. Our room had a terrible smell so we asked to change which took ages. It wasnt expensive but not greatl. Car park is a nightmare to access and gets full

Very comfortable and convenient!

Conveniently located; and set back from the street so it was very quiet. A short walk from the train station and to the city center. Clean room, and comfortable bed and pillows. We really enjoyed the garden in the evenings, to relax and have a drink. We will stay here again, next time we are in Offenburg.

Great place to stay if you miss your late night connecting train and are stuck late at night in Offenburg. Safe and peaceful neighborhood. 7 minute walk from Offenburg Bhf and 7 minute walk from the main central shopping district and old town.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Bahnhof war schnell zu erreichen. Einziges Manko, das Zimmer war unfassbar warm obwohl die Heizung ausgestellt war, sodass wir im Dezember bei offenem Fenster geschlafen haben.

Teníamos reservadas 2 habitaciones dobles con un mes de antelación. Al llegar nos dan una de ellas individual y nos dicen que es lo que hay, que estaban llenos y que las habitaciones se dan por orden de llegada y no tenían más. Después de decirles que se había pagado una reserva por adelantado de una habitación doble, que no estaban cumpliendo lo acordado y que queríamos poner una reclamación exigiendo la devolución del dinero, nos hacen esperar durante 20 minutos para (sorpresa) descubrir que sí tenían una habitación doble disponible (supuestamente para otro huésped que no había llegado. No se decían que se daban por orden de llegada? En fin...). Nos dan las habitación una en un sótano y la otra en un edificio anexo, ambas sin ascensor, cargando con las maletas para acceder. Al llegar a la habitación, una chinche olorosa en la silla del escritorio, el baño con agujeros y desconchones en las paredes, el agua se salía de la ducha (enana por cierto)... Muy mala experiencia, estábamos deseando que pasara la noche con suerte sin más sustos y salir huyendo de allí. Es la primera vez que recibimos un trato así en un hotel de esta "supuesta" categoría. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Unterkunft PreisLeistung war gut, saubere Zimmer bequeme Betten, mit seperaten abgeschlossenen Fahrradgarage zum Fahrräder kostenlos abstellen wir buchen immer kurzfristig und bis 0Uhr CheckIn möglich / Repzezion 24h. Zimmer war klein aber ausreichen mit sauberm Bad passte alles.
Betten waren bequem und schön hergerichtet nur nochmal alles hingelegt für Foto nachträglich hingelegt.
Badezimmer sauber
restliche Raum mit EckTisch reingequetscht nur ein Stuhl vorhanden.
Fahrradgarage wird abgeschlosse und kostenlos.

Vores ophold blev udelukkende brugt som overnatning i forbindelse med en lang køretur. Personalet var FANTASTISK søde og vi havde vores hund med. Vi manglede noget super billigt og hundevenligt - det fik vi. Til formålet, super udemærket.
