"The best thing of this place is the music of Bach is played at the front desk all the time. At the room, there is a small blue tooth speaker for you to play the music you like. These details just make you feel more like home. The hotel is clean, very well-managed. I really fell relaxing and worthy it at my 5-night stay."

"A good place if only in Sendai for a couple days or planning to traverse the city more than stay in hotel. Expected thin walls between capsules but not between floors. Was on 1F (bottom bunk) & could hear EVERYONE walking around in bathroom above on 2F. Also the pillows are myeh!! You can ask for more for free but still not great. Worst part. Checkout is at 10am. However they close the whole onsen including ONLY showered facilities at 9:30am. So if you want to do a later shower before checkout….out of luck. Not guest friendly!"
