  • Welcome to our beautifully restored early-1900s carriage house studio, located on Shore Road in Ogunquit — just steps from iconic Perkins Cove, with its boutique shops, art galleries, cafés, and waterfront restaurants.

    The studio offers a comfortable sleeping area and a bathroom, along with a small kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker — perfect for easy meals and relaxed mornings.

    Once you arrive, you can park your car and enjoy Ogunquit on foot, or hop on the nearby trolley to explore a bit farther.

    The property includes three rental units, and the yard and pool are shared among guests creating a friendly, laid-back atmosphere - perfect for lounging with a book, taking a dip, or simply soaking up the Ogunquit vibe.

We had a great stay for the weekend! The location was great as we were walking distance to Perkins cove, Main Street shops and restaurants and an easy walk to marginal way! The space is small but nice and clean.

The hosts at this location were super nice! They own the restaurant/bar “That Place” that I definitely recommend checking out (good food and drinks)! I recommend putting “That Place” into your gps, pulling in as if you are planning to dine, and ask valet to get the owners for you. The studio was super clean! Even though I drove, everything (shops and restaurants) was all in walking distance either up or down the street. This was the perfect location to be at for the pride events in Ogunquit. 10/10 would recommend this place. Will be staying here again!

Lovely stay in this studio. Great location with everything needed for a pleasant stay. And we loved the pool. Don't miss a meal at That Place. A terrific restaurant next door.

Wonderful Location near Perkins Cove

My daughter and I enjoyed our week's stay in such a perfect location next to Perkins Cove and with a Trolly Stop out front. The restaurant next door was excellent.

Fantastic peoperty and location

We love Ogunquit/Perkins Cove, and this property was an excellent choice. Very clean and great property owner. We were comfortable and very happy with our lodging experience.

This was a lovely rental that exceeded all our expectations! We rented last minute due to a canceled camping trip and I’m so glad we did. The studio was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Despite being in a busy area it felt very private. The pool was nice to have after the beach, and we were the only people using it during our trip. The location was also excellent, close to everything and a short walk from marginal way. The host greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly and communicative. Parking was a little bit of a challenge but the host also made that easier by quickly making room for our car in front of the studio. Overall a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

The absolute best!!

The place was perfect. So cute and clean and perfect location and on top of everything, the host was a life saver and drove us to the wedding reception after not being able to get an Uber! 10/10 would recommend. We will be back to stay here again!

Nice studio and very comfortable!

The studio is small but it has everything we needed for our short stay. The studio was very clean (just renovated) and the location was perfect. Every day we sat at the pool for our morning coffee - the pool area was a plus. I would recommend for a short stay.

We hit the location jackpot with this stay. All of the Ogunquit must dos are within walking distance which saved so much money on parking. It’s also within 20 minutes of Kennebunk and York which offer tons of things to do and see. Our host, Boriana was quick to respond to any questions and even checked in mid week to make sure we didn’t need anything. The carriage house is small but exactly as described so there were no surprises. It’s an extremely busy area but we were never bothered by noise or commotion. Just a couple of FYI’s the coffee machine is not a Keurig but coffee filters were provided, only two bath towels were provided so for a week stay or longer I’d bring extras and some beach towels for the pool and beach. The doorknob and keypad can be tricky and sometimes falls off but once we figured it out it was fine. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our trip to Ogunquit and really loved the location of the rental property. It was so convenient to Perkins Cove and we loved being able to walk to Marginal Way where we were able to catch the sunrise this morning! We enjoyed eating at That Place, Cove Cafe, and Barnacle Billy's which are all within walking distance. Rick and Boriana are great hosts and run a fantastic restaurant! We will be returning!

Excellent place!

The studio was clean and nicely remodeled recently. The pool was a wonderful asset. The location is perfect for walking to Perkins Cove and the Ogunquit Beach. The owners were very responsive and friendly. Loved it!

The best location!

Great stay. Wonderful hosts. The pool was a huge part of why staying here was so fabulous. So great to have an outdoor space to hang out at! The studio was charming. The only thing I would suggest is adding a small bureau for clothing, otherwise the unit met our needs just fine.

Heart of Ogunquit

The studio is in the heart of Ogunquit, close to Perkins Cove and the village center. It's on the main drag but sits behind other buildings so it's relatively quiet and private. Rick, the owner, is a great guy. We had a fun and delicious dinner in his restaurant right next door. It's a great place to stay in Ogunquit!

5 night getaway

My husband and I enjoyed the studio, it had everything we needed. We walked to the beach, Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and all the shops. Sitting at the pool with drinks was so relaxing We recommend trying "That Place" the restaurant next door. The food was excellent! \

The studio was lovely. Although small we had enough storage and the car was parked literally outside the door so we could stow anything bulky in the car but still have easy access. It was very comfortable. The pool was nice. The restaurant next door that is owned by the same family was excellent. Easily walkable to Perkins Cove the Marginal Way and downtown Ogunquit. We would stay again without question.

Perfect!!

Perfect, small place for myself and my son. Great location for walking to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, and Ogunquit. We recommend eating at: Lobster Shack, Cove Cafe, Mike’s All Day Breakfast, deli/ market in ogunquit, scoop Deck, Egg and I. I would have loved a hairdryer in the apartment. We will be back!
