The chalet is located at the Junction end of town, just a 5 minute stroll to restaurant’s , bars, cafes and coffee. The supermarket is a 5 minute drive.

Turoa Ski Field is only a 19 minute drive, and Whakapapa is 50 minutes away. Enjoy unlimited fibre Wi-Fi and a smart TV, so you can stream your favourite shows and movies using your own accounts after a day of adventure.

The gas fireplace heats the chalet within minutes, complemented by double-glazed windows and full insulation to keep you warm and cosy year-round. Curl up on the couch with a good book, or prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Start your mornings right with the Breville Nespresso coffee machine (pods provided) and milk frother—perfect fuel before heading out for the day.

When you return, make use of the dedicated drying room with plenty of space to hang your gear. Equipped with a dehumidifier, it ensures everything is dry and ready for the next day’s adventures.

Bedrooms
The chalet comfortably sleeps up to five guests, making it ideal for a small family or two couples. Stay warm and snug with feather/down duvets, electric blankets, and panel heaters in both bedrooms.
• Bedroom one features a king-size luxury orthopaedic bed.
• Bedroom two offers a queen luxury orthopaedic merino bed plus a king single.
Both bedrooms include wall-mounted 32” smart TVs for added comfort.

Spa
After a big day exploring, unwind in the spa while taking in the stunning views of Mt Ruapehu—a perfect way to relax and recharge.

All linen, towels, and tea towels are provided for your stay.

Of note:
The chalet is close to the train station/tracks, there are freight trains that go past in the day/evening, however this isn't frequently.
