"This is a gorgeous upscale property in a beautiful natural setting of olive groves. The mountains are a beautiful backdrop. Staff went over and above to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast is a huge array of Greek specialties and anything else one could want."

"The staff are what makes the hotel so special. Nothing is too much trouble - we don’t drink coffee so a kettle was instantly provided. My partner is coeliac and for every meal there was a check in on what he wanted and then the kitchen made it separately. Particular thanks to Monica from the restaurant team who looked after us so well."

"Great location across from the beach . Decent room and nice breakfast. Easy parking. Was a relief to have some excellent food at a late hour of arrival . Front desk staff and restaurant staff excellent. Breakfast waiters a bit miserable but fine. Would recommend for a short stay. 20 minute walk to main tavernas /port."

"Great hotel in a great position right in the middle of Kalamata, close to the charming old town and the main shopping streets. The staff were really helpful and friendly and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible despite there being major road works outside the hotel when we were staying. Hotel parking is a real bonus in the middle of a city. Our only suggestion would be to include more storage in the room. One clothes frame with no drawers and hardly any shelving made it a challenge to store our clothes. All fine for a couple of nights city break but any longer and it's a squeeze!"

"So close to the mountains you feel like you can touch them from your room. This hotel is beautiful and has that upscale luxury feel to it with a full service spa. The word palace is in the name and it definitely belongs there. The lobby has a palatial feel with high ceilings and nicely upholstered furniture. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are huge and luxurious with nice amenities. This property gives you a resort feel and I could easily spend a week here. Its 5 minute drive from the ruins at mystra and into town which has everything. The property is a little difficult to get to due to typical tiny and twisting roads but is well worth the effort. They have their own olive Grove and what looks like a small ancient home in ruins on site. This is a special place serving luxury and that great Greek hospitality with excellent food. You need to stay here!"

"We had a great family vacation at thwe weatin. Our infinity sea view suite was well maintined, functinal, conveinient with a lovely view of the sea and sunsets. Staff was excellent, helpfull and friendly and fulfilled any request, promptly and professinally. Grest resort amnetoes and one of the best beaches we were at."
