Palaces in Oise

AWESOME

This historic presentation of French hospitality leaves me speechless and feeling like a VIP in everything that was done for us. The hotel is elegant, beautiful with a great mix of innovation, French flair and classical presentation. The personalize greeting, orientation and welcome from Geoffrey, the Director of Guest Relations was genuine, informative and well paced. The rooms are large, technologically superior with an attention to detail and comfort like no other I have seen. Each day...

all i like it , the food , hotel room shopping area etc

Exceptional across the board. Definition of luxury. No stone unturned. Nothing left to chance. Location is superior. Each detail and client experience is taken seriously. Though it is very chic and elegant, it is still not overly uptight. Very secure. Staff is highly trained and highly professional. Could say more - all positive.

Our stay at La Reserve was truly exceptional, surpassing all expectations. Both the staff and property were flawless. I would not consider another hotel in Paris after my time at La Reserve

Incredible hotel and staff. Concierge is professional and excellent at customer service. Hotel is well located to everything, incredible high-end shopping, all site seeing areas, beautiful gardens, incredible food. The lemon dessert is the most beautiful and incredible work of art. The hotel was wonderful, the room was beautiful & the staff were fabulous! Concierge was great they made dinner reservations & recommendations for the best views. They suggested a guide for the Louvre and booked one for us. Overall it was one of our best city vacations we have been on.

Except housekeeping can't do their job right and breakfast chef couldn't make egg over easy. Otherwise, we enjoy our stay very much.
