What I did like was that we had a king size bed and a refrigerator but what I didn’t like was that there were no hand towels and no washcloths in the bathroom. The safe didn’t work with or without batteries. The room was slightly cool at best. Told that somebody manned the front desk 24 seven came back around 10 o’clock 1030 couldn’t get in. No one answered the buzzer., so had to go in the back way. Went to have a nightcap at their restaurant/bar and was told it was a private event even though only half of it had the patrons in it. Would have been nice if we were told about that prior. So went back to take a shower and went down to the dash to ask for a washcloth and he said that was housekeeping duty and couldn’t help us. The front desk lady during check in on the other hand was super friendly but wud probably not stay there again.

The hotel staff is always pleasant and welcoming during my stays, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I also like taking advantage of the restaurant located on the premises—it’s convenient and a great option after a day out. We continue to choose this hotel because of its close proximity to Miami Beach, just past Oistins, which makes getting around the area very easy.

Decent hotel

Hotel is a well kept, decent hotel and the beach is right across the road. There is a restaurant on site but there is a kitchenette in the room. Would have been nice to have instant coffee in the room.

Room was comfortable. Old building but bed, aircon, warm shower, tv all good. Very noisy becaise the room was near the road, but once I wore earplugs that problem was solved. Excellent check-in and cleaning staff! No elevator.

A convenient treasure.

The hotel is all that you need for a beach vacation. The hotel restaurant serves wonderful meals and hosts a local gathering every Saturday. It is located directly across from Welches beach and within walking distance to Oistin's Fish Fry.

As previous reviews have stated, the Hotel is tired and in need of an update. The staff were friendly and the room cleaned with fresh towels daily. The location for the beach perfect. The food in the restaurant was very good however there was no atmosphere and not many customers probably due to the attitude of the waiting staff. We would stay here again.
