"The property excellent, room was very clean, location can not be better , air conditioning was fine according to Europe. The only problem the coffee machine was not working by the second day but that was not a problem, because there are plenty of cafes around the hotel. You can walk to the raynek , to the train station , Wawel castle ,getto. Is in the second floor no lift , not for people with mobility problems.I would definitely stay again. "

"Hotel was ok, it was the sister hotel to the spratz aparthotel, which when we went to was lovely. It was in a good area of the Jewish quarter near the square with moomoo and Ariel on. The cafe downstairs was lovely food was delicious especially the cakes!! Room was ok, we wasn’t in it really other than to sleep, but it was clean and had everything you needed. "The accommodation is great and the wine bar and staff is an excellent addition, the area is in good walking distance from the busy part of town, however if you are a light sleeper you will be disturbed by the noise made by tram's that pass at the end of the road."

"We had a spacious room in an two story appartment on the fourth floor (no elevator). No AC, but a fan was provided and moscito neting on the windows helped to have some breeze in the room. We were greeted with a nice goody bag - nice touch by the home owner. The shared bathroom and kitchen (with the use of fridge and other utilities) were clean and convenient. Parking was a bit hard as this is a busy residential area. "
