"I was in town to say goodbye to a long time friend. I found the hotel to be dirty from the entrance to the room. I took many photos of how dirty my room was. The bed was on the floor (no legs) the skirt for the bed was hanging on the floor and mine was clearly filthy. Dirty handprints in numerous places on the walls. Bedside lamps covered in smudges and dirty finger prints . The hallways leading to the rooms were clearly in need of a vacuum. For the price we paid I was very very disappointed."

"Nice and spacious clean rooms, fantastic location and friendly staff. The cost of overnight parking seems a bit high for Penticton and the front desk staff aren’t exactly transparent about it but otherwise a great stay. "
