"Misleading photos. Staff sit at the ground floor level and buzz anyone in. Random people roam the halls. The bed and pillows were the cheapest, most uncomfortable I have ever encountered in a hotel. The pool was fine but the whole thing just had a really depressed, depreciated, unsafe feel. The AC was controlled centrally and the temperature sensor didn't work. Weirder still they kept pumping in hot air even though it was actually fairly cool outside, so we were trying to use the AC to offset the unnecessarily high heating. The whole thing was grim and depressing. We left early."

"This was our first time to Kelowna. Loved the location. Room was very clean and full of wimsy. We had the room with bunkbed and double. Great for traveling with two teenagers. We would come back. Only thing is parking is limited if you won’t want to park on the street. "

"This is a lovely clean home with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, where we stayed for a week in March 2026. The home is centered for easy access to Kelowna and West Kelowna and near several choices for grocery shops and restaurants. With a code for the front door it was very easy to get in when we arrived in the evening of our first day. Some of the items provided by the host: shampoo, conditioner, shower body wash, paper towels, TP, laundry detergent, cotton sheets and towels. It's in a very quiet residential area. There are three ways to make coffee--espresso maker, regular drip coffee and Keurig. The fireplace is operated by pressing a button and for a couple of days of blustery weather it was a lovely luxury to experience in the evening."

"The room was not clean properly. The toilet was not clean!!!! Bed sheets with stains. The kitchen was ok. Just we have an encounter with one girl that was saying I could not use the fridge because there were her things in there… The guy at the front desk was so nice."
