"Room was clean & well stocked with amenities, staff was very friendly & helpful. It was a quick decision to stay in Penticton for the night & we are happy we picked the Best Western, it suited our needs, travelling with a pet, perfectly."

"Front desk was friendly, easy check in. Clean room, it was actually a beautiful clean room. But the cleaning staff sucked cleaned our room 1 out of 5 days, made beds 2 times and that was it. microwave started sparking and the cleaning staff tried to blame us for it. was supposed to get a refund for the bad disrespectful service but still 10 days later have not seen a dime back. For the amount of money we put out for the five days on a long weekend it was not good service. :("
