"One of the best motels I’ve stayed in Rotorua that fitted my budget. The lady was so kind and helpful to me over the phone when I said I couldn’t check in till after 6pm. She gave me clear instructions on how to check in and had really good communication. The room was so nice to stay in aswell lots of space, warm, clean, cosy and peaceful. Thank you so much I’d definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again. "

"The property was conveniently located lakeside and across the street from the Eat Street area and downtown shops & boutiques. The breakfast was bountiful and we particularly enjoyed the ability to make our own fresh pressed juices and smoothies. The room was clean and spacious and seemed updated, although the bathroom seems to be in need of updates as the mirror was cracked, the tub grout was a bit stained, and the shower curtain was too short. Those cosmetic deficiencies aside, it was a nice place to overnight en route to Auckland. "

"We booked a studio but given a free upgrade to a family unit - bit more space plus a kitchenette. Very clean, very comfortable. Unfortunately we were only here for a quick overnight stay on route - 24hr checkin and checkout available. Would love to stay here again."
